Reasons You Might Submit a Request
Eligible circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Medical conditions
- Mental health challenges
- Family loss
- Legal matters
Your Options for Academic Support
If you need time away or a change in your academic path, you may request one of the following:
Cohort Transfers:
Cohort transfers allow students to be moved to the next available cohort. To be eligible for a cohort transfer:
- Students must have 70% or higher in all coursework.
- Students are only allowed 1 cohort transfer during their enrollment.
Leave of Absences:
Leave of absences allow students to pause their enrollment for up to 1 year. To be eligible for a leave of absence:
- Students must have 70% or higher in all coursework.
- Students must have documentation to verify their circumstances.
Self-Disenrollments:
If a student decides that they no longer wish to continue in the program, they may request to self-disenroll. This process officially withdraws you from the program.
How to Submit a Request:
- Complete the Student Request Form
Be sure to provide accurate and complete information. Incomplete or incorrect submissions may result in denial. - Watch for Email Updates
You’ll receive an email notification once your request is reviewed—whether it’s approved, denied, or requires more information.
