Where Your Journey Matters
If you’ve been impacted by the justice system, experienced homelessness or foster care, or have lived experience with substance use —either personally or through your family—you’ve found a place of support and belonging.
The URSA Program is designed to empower you and provide valuable resources to support you at whichever stage you are in. We provide compassionate, individualized support to help you succeed both in and beyond the classroom.

What We Offer
We understand the challenges you may face, and we’re committed to helping you overcome them. Our services include, but not limited to:
- Ongoing support throughout your PSS or SUD program to ensure academic and personal success (if applicable)
- You do not have to be in any TTCC academic program to qualify for the URSA program
- Job readiness training and resume workshops to prepare you for meaningful employment
- One-on-one guidance to connect you with tutoring, legal aid, wellness services, career counseling, and more
