Student Accommodations
ADA/Section 504
To ensure that TTCC can determine reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, students requesting accommodations must submit supporting documentation from a qualified licensed professional.
Make a Request
The following link must be used to submit a Request for Student Accommodations. You will be asked for the following:
- Accommodations being requested
- Functional limitations
- Supporting documents prepared by a licensed professional such as:
- Physicians
- Psychologists
- Psychiatrists
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
- Nurse Practitioners
- Physician Assistants
The provider must be independent from the student (i.e., not a family member or close relation).
