Life After Treatment Event to be Held in Tarzana, CA
Tarzana, July 10,2023 – Tarzana Treatment Centers MAT PDOA Department is proud to announce the upcoming Life After Treatment event, which will be held on August 10, 2023, at 18646 Oxnard Blvd Tarzana CA 91356. This event is designed to provide support and resources for individuals who have completed addiction treatment and are transitioning into sober lives.
The Life After Treatment event will feature a variety of speakers, including addiction specialists, therapists and individuals who have successfully overcome addiction. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the challenges of life after addiction treatment and how to navigate them successfully.
In addition to the speakers, the event will also include tables for support organizations to explain services and group discussions. The 200 residential attendees will have the opportunity to connect with organizations like the Los Angeles Public Library (LAPL) Resource Van, Dept of Rehabilitation (DOR) that can offer support services for rebuilding the lives of those coming out of addiction.
“We understand that the transition from addiction treatment to society can be challenging,” said Warren Spurlock, Counselor of TTCC MAT PDOA Department. “Our goal with this event is to provide a supportive and informative environment where individuals can get services from various organizations and connect with others who are able to help in the adjustment of sober living.”
The Life After Treatment event is open to those who are undergoing addiction treatment at the residential treatment facility at the Oxnard location only.
