Student Status Change Request
COHORT TRANSFER
Cohort transfers are for students needing to be moved to a later cohort in order to stay within academic expectations due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Each student are is only allowed up to 2 cohort transfers.
- You must be in good standing in your current course to be eligible for a cohort transfer
- Cohort transfers are only approved by the Dean of Academics
LEAVE OF ABSENCE
To encourage students with satisfactory academic performance to return to TTC College to complete their academics, TTC College will grant a Leave of Absence to eligible students for a maximum of a 1-year pause in enrollment.
To qualify you must provide documentation(s) of any of the following:
- Medical Conditions
- Family Loss
- Extenuating Circumstances
Post-Leave of Absence:
- Students who are placed on leave must keep track of their agreed return date
- Students should reach out to academics@tarzanatc.org when ready to return and start in the next available cohort
- Students will restart the program from the course they left off on
- If you need an extension on your Leave of Absence, please email academics@tarzanatc.org so we can formulate a solution
SELF-DISENROLLMENT
We are committed to working with each student to provide the best academic experience. If for any reason, a student decides to take another educational route, please submit a request for self-disenrollment and state the reason.
- If you are deciding to self-disenroll due to a grievance, unable to afford the expenses, or having a difficult time keeping up with the assignments, please email us at academics@tarzanatc.org so we can find a solution together!
