Stephanie “Steph” Ramos participates in developing student recruitment and retention plans, strategies, and written materials. Ramos cultivates partnerships with community-based organizations and partners. Ramos finds competent individuals through relationships in community-based organizations, colleges, high schools, and outreach activities and promotes enrollment in TTC College. She is adept at working with various community demographics to connect with beneficial programs and resources. She speaks Tagalog and English fluently.
Ramos earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from California State University Northridge (CSUN) as a first-generation graduate. She is working toward a Master of Science in Health Administration from CSUN. Her goal as a healthcare administrator will be dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness of healthcare facilities and the quality of care, especially for the underrepresented population.
