Devonte Mayden is San Fernando valley native and service Veteran. He and his family have been supporting his community with lived experience in the valley for over 15 years by doing community outreach, education on homelessness, and leading those who need support to a better direction in life where professionals can lend a hand. In the process of receiving a bachelor’s in social work from CSUN, he has completed multiple programs for public health and has joined the TTC team after completion of the Mentored Internship Program under the guidance of Haben Berhe. Devonte is now working under Dr.Golden and his team as his Executive Assistant to apply his learned skills and better support his community with care, patience, and trust. He is passionate about serving his community and learning more ways to do so. Devonte enjoys hiking with his dogs, roller blading, and doing holistic therapy.
